Summary of the Vehicle Testing and Commissioning Phase InTransitBC is commencing its vehicle testing and commissioning activities. As the testing phase begins, the public will begin to see trains moving at the OMC in the Bridgeport area. Trains will then begin to move to and from the OMC to Sea Island, to Richmond and to Vancouver. Cambie Village Parking After an extensive public process which included residents, businesses, Canada Line, InTransitBC and the City of Vancouver is was decided that a temporary Resident Permit Parking (RPP) system will be implemented in the Cambie Village Area. Public Delegations at Board Meetings The Canada Line Project is managed by CLCO, which will oversee the implementation of the project as it was approved by GVTA in 2003. In order to provide the public with ongoing opportunities to offer their input and feedback on the project, CLCO's Board of Directors will welcome public delegations who wish to express their views at meetings specifically designated for this purpose. These meetings will be held quarterly and those individuals wishing to speak are asked to register in advance by completing the Delegation Policy and Request Form. Please note the rules and policies governing delegations and file your request with the Corporate Secretary's office 10 days prior to the scheduled meeting. The Corporate Secretary will contact the requester no later than two business days prior to the meeting to advise whether the requester has been added to the list of speakers at the meeting of the Board.
