Final Project Report

	As part of its commitment to public accountability, Canada Line Rapid Transit Inc. (CLCO) made a commitment to publicly report the final value for money analysis of the project following the competitive procurement process. Delivering value for money was one of CLCO's key procurement objectives.

Best And Final Offer (BAFO) Stage

	On September 27, 2004, final offer proposals were received from the two proponent teams short-listed from an earlier stage of competition (RFP). The proposals were evaluated by an Evaluation Committee and advisors with financial, design & construction, legal and other expertise.
