Utility Relocation

Description: The first stage of construction is typically the relocation of utilities located along the construction route. Utilities that may need to be moved include underground water and sewer mains, electrical cables, and other underground wires.

Location: Utility relocation will take place in numerous locations along the Canada Line route.

Impact: Traffic impacts will vary from minor to significant depending on the location. In some cases, there will be a temporary loss of parking.
