Explore Businesses along the Canada Line

The Canada Line Rapid Transit Project team and partners have made business liaison a priority. That means providing resources for planning, communication and problem-solving. Programs have been developed based on the input and experience of businesses and business associations along the corridor.

A) Business Liaison Programs & Initiatives:
  • Block by block business visits
  • Case study research and program consultations
  • Baseline market research on shopping patterns
  • Retail consulting advice and workshops for corridor businesses
  • Independent, full-time senior consultant working on business issues
  • Business Liaison Commitiess to seek advice, promote communication
  • Dedicated funding for business-led initiatives recommended by Committees
  • Marketing, media and online programs to support businesses
  • Community information centers
  • Construction Information telephone line
  • Reviews and feedback on parking and traffic management strategies
  • Construction notices and schedule planning tools
  • Open Houses, construction kick-off and individual business meetings
  • On-the-ground Community Liaison Officers during construction

While you're online, take a few moments to explore the website -- there is a lot of information we hope you'll find useful such as maps and real-time traffic updates.
